The term custom installation can cover a whole host of projects. Typically a job may include one or more of the following.
• Installation of flush mounted in wall or in-ceiling speakers.
• Wall/ceiling mounting of speakers or equipment.
• Wall/ceiling mounting of plasma displays, projectors and screens.
• Running cables neatly around or between rooms.
• Running cables in ceiling voids or behind walls.
• Providing music or even films/TV outside, perhaps in the garden, a decking area or even by the pool or hot tub.
• Building – in or locating equipment away from the main listening/viewing area.
• Designing and installing infra red extension systems allowing the user to effectively “remote control” the equipment which may be at the other end of the room or perhaps not even in the room at all.
• Control of centrally located equipment from one or more rooms in the house.
• Working with architects, interior designers and project managers to create audio and video solutions.
Loud & Clear have our own in-house team of custom installers who have many years of experience in creating the maximum benefit for the minimum of cost and disruption. Contact Allan Land in Glasgow or John Carroll in Edinburgh to arrange a site visit.
Everybody loves to listen to music in their home. We get up in the morning to our radio alarm clocks and turn on the kitchen radio to hear the latest sounds or news while we make breakfast. We listen to our favourite tunes while we potter around in the house or get ready for a night out.
The problem is that while many have "the good hi-fi" in the main living area, we are stuck with transistor radios or cheap systems throughout the rest of the house. Why not have the same music available throughout the house, playing through quality speakers with separate volume control and the facility to change music or sources at the touch of a button?
